THIS IS NOT ACCOUNTABILITY; IT IS A POLITICAL GIMMICK
A short flood video cannot prove that “all Abia roads are dilapidated” or that ₦1.8 trillion is “gone.”
The post provides no audited account, budget analysis, project list, engineering report, rainfall data, exact location history or evidence linking the flooding directly to government expenditure.
It simply combines:
- one flooded location
- an unexplained ₦1.8 trillion figure
- a sweeping attack on every road in Abia
That is propaganda by exaggeration.
Flooding at Ovom Road deserves urgent inspection, drainage clearance and corrective action. But responsible criticism must identify the exact road, contractor, project status, drainage defect and relevant expenditure.
Abians should demand solutions—not allow a genuine local problem to be manipulated into the false claim that nothing has been done anywhere in the state.
Fix the road, investigate the flooding—but reject the gimmick.
