The State Director commended all supporters of Chief Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa’s aspiration to represent Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, describing their commitment as a bold step toward a greater future.

“In some places, people question why they should support a young man like Ikenna. But we must remember that the leaders of tomorrow are the young people of today. Ikenna has a great future, and I am confident he will not disappoint,” he said.

Recounting his first encounter with Chief Ukwa, he noted: “I first met Ikenna in Abuja. He reached out to me while I was in the United States. Upon my return, he visited me and informed me of his intention to contest for the Federal House of Representatives. Ordinarily, the structure does not permit those aspiring for elective office to head the affairs of the Movement. However, given our closeness to the son of the President, Seyi Tinubu who serves as our Patron, we resolved that aspirants could also lead the Movement at various levels.

He concluded by expressing optimism that all members of the Movement with political aspirations will succeed by God’s grace. He also urged the Stakeholders and members of the party in the LGA to guide and support Chief Ikenna Ukwa.

“As young leaders, we may not be perfect. With your experience, advise Ikenna Ukwa where necessary. Where he falls short, cover him. We will keep pushing until God leads us to the place He has ordained for us.”

He thanked all attendees for their presence and prayed for God’s blessings upon them.

In attendance were the Abia South Zonal Coordinator, Chief Uzo Ihuka and other State, Local and Ward Executive members of the Movement including the APC Stakeholders from Ohafia LGA led by High Chief Uche Ogboso, the Assistant Treasurer of the APC, Abia State, Chief Mrs Ezinne Udo Uduma, the Abia North Zonal Chairman of the APC, Dr Mba Imo, among others.
