Gathering of the Eagles as Onwa Ohafia Social Club Holds It’s 3rd Annual General Meeting Alongside Other Socio-Political Engagements In Umuahia This September.
Onwa Ohafia Social Club, a Frontline Social Club from Ohafia Ofurishi will hold it’s Annual General Meeting Alongside Other Socio-Political Activities In Umuahia on the 19th and 20th September, 2025 at Evergreen Hotel, Ojike Road, Umuahia. The Annual General Meeting Proper will be on 20th September, 2025.
The Onwa Ohafia Social Club is an umbrella body formed past Eighteen years to serve as rallying point for Ohafia indigenes living across Nigeria and Diaspora for socio-political and economic affairs; promote the Ohafia culture and to stand as a platform on which members are engaged in meaningful activities that will contribute to the continuous development of Ohafia Clan.
The Club is presently having branches in ABUJA, Lagos, Uyo, Port Harcourt, Umuahia and Diaspora.
According to the National President of the Club Chief James Ulu Okoro, the Club has weathered the storm for the past Eighteen years because they have a focused management and Board of trustees. Our Vision of being the Light of Ohafia has made our individual ambitions secondary he said.
In the words of Dr. Uduma Nnate, PR/Spokesperson of the Club “The club has maintained a strict recruitment process and a unifying principle which has made it not to be blown about by the winds; We are religiously committed to the progress of Ohafia our Clan and our members welfare.”
The Club will visit important places in Umuahia and engage in meaningful Socio-Political dialogues during the AGM.
