GOV OTTI ATTENDS RETIRED ARMED FORCES OFFICERS’ AWARD, IHEJIRIKA HONOURED
Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, was a Special Guest at a gala night to celebrate the 36th National Annual General Meeting of the Retired Army, Navy and Air Force Officers’ Association of Nigeria (RANAO).
Highlight of the event, which took place at the Armed Forces Officers’ Mess, Asokoro, Abuja, on Thursday, was the honour of members, who have served the association merritoriously, with long service awards.
Former Chief of Army Staff and presently the Chairman of the Abia State Security Advisory Council, Lt. Gen. Azubuike Onyeabo Ihejirika (rtd.), was honoured with the award of Life Membership of RANAO.
Governor Otti was accompanied to the event by his friend and lawyer, Barrister Ken Ahia, SAN.
