Police Dismiss Two Officers For Seeking Bribe From Foreign Tourist
The Nigeria Police Force has dismissed two special constabularies who attempted to extort a Dutch power bike cyclist.
The dismissal was announced by the Oyo State Commissioner of Police, Hamzat Adebola, at the police headquarters in Eleyele, Ibadan on Thursday
The two special constabularies identified as Jimoh Lukmon and Kareem Fatai, were captured in a viral video soliciting money from the Dutch tourist.
The incident occurred while they were on duty along the Moniya-Iseyin Road, and the tourist informed them that she was traveling to Abuja.
