VP SHETTIMA, GOV OTTI IN BORNO, ATTEND GOV ZULUM’S SON WEDDING
Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, on Saturday joined the cream of political heavyweights, who attended the wedding of the first son of Borno State Governor, Prof Babagana Zulum.
The wedding, which had the Vice President, Alhaji Kashim Shettima, in attendance, took place at the Maiduguri Central Mosque, within the palace of Shehu of Borno, Alhaji Abubakar Ibn Umar Garbai Elkanemi.
Among the other distinguished guests in the event were the immediate past President, Muhammadu Buhari; National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu; Speaker House of Representatives, Tajuddeen Abbas; and Deputy Senate President, Barau Jibrin.
There were also governors from various states of the federation at the occasion, including Bauchi State Governor, Bala Muhammed; Malam Dikko Radda of Katsina, Maimala Buni of Yobe, Umar Namadi of Jigawa, Abdurrahman Abdulrazak of Kwara, Hope Uzodimma of Imo State and Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
