Celebration, As The people of Agboji Abiriba Benefits From Omereoha/Mezie Abia’s Annual Medical Outreach In 2022.
In its continuous effort towards promoting quality health and sustainability in Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, Mezie Abia Foundation set carried out its Free Medical outreach program across all the clans in Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, where no fewer than 10,000 persons will benefit from the free medical outreach, which aimed at providing health care to the less privileged children, women, men, aged, and youths.
The Agboji Abiriba beneficiaries also included persons living with disabilities to ensure wider coverage of vulnerable groups were captured in the free medical outreach. The purpose is to improve the well-being of children, aged, women, men, and youths across the Constituency.
The free medical outreach started on 4th January 2022 and runs till 11th January 2023 including consultations, free investigations, free medications including eyeglasses, eye check tests, awareness talks, blood sugar level checks free, as well as drugs for common illnesses.
The people of Abiriba expressed Sincere appreciation to Chief Daniel Okeke (MEZIE ABIA) and all the members of the Medical Outreach Team led by Dr. Benedict Offor for ensuring a successful outreach in Abiriba, Ohafia LGA.
The Medical Outreach Team worked harmoniously with different directorates of the MEZIE Campaign Council and MEZIE ABIA MANDATE Abiriba Ohafia LGA which include: Directors, Co-ordinators, Leaders, team members o,f the counci.
It is worth noting that all the prescribed drugs by our certified medical practitioners were given free to all patients reviewed. examinations were done. Nursing services e.g BP checks,s, pulse rate, and temperature were also rendered during the free medical outreach.
The most interesting part of the free medical outreach faithfully faithful from other political parties was reviewed and given free drugs, counsel, and eyeglasses.
It was a program with a very great impact on the good people of Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency.
