Why Banditry, Kidnappings Increase In Abuja – Wike The Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mr Nyesom Wike, has disclosed that inadequate equipment and operational vehicles were hampering the ongoing war against banditry and kidnappings in Abuja metropolis. Wike disclosed this on Monday during a media chat with journalists in Abuja, adding that there is an inadequacy of equipment to track criminals at some border communities of the FCT leading to a surge in kidnappings.
