A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Abia State, Hon. Gabriel Ngwobia Ukoha has appealed to the people of Arochukwu/Ohafia federal constituency to elect Ibe Okwara Osonwa as the member representing the federal constituency in 2023.
