🚨BREAKING: Uko Nkole Vows To End Ohafia’s ‘IPOB/Terrorist’ Stigma Attributed To Orji Uzor Kalu
Rt. Hon. Uko Ndukwe Nkole has declared that his first assignment is to change what he described as the stigmatization narrative surrounding Ohafia, which he attributed to Senator Orji Uzor Kalu and his people, if elected Senator representing Abia North.
Speaking virtually this morning on DON 103FM’s “The AGENDA” programme, anchored by KK Agwara, Rt. Hon. Nkole stated that one of his first priorities on the floor of the 11th Senate would be to address what he described as the damaging perception and stereotyping of Ohafia and its people as an IPOB/terrorist enclave by HE Distinguish senator Orji Uzor Kalu.
According to him, such perceptions have serious consequences for the hardworking and industrious people of Ohafia, both within Nigeria and internationally, particularly when they affect how the community is viewed and the opportunities available to its people.
Rt. Hon. Nkole said he would use the platform of the Senate to advocate for a clearer and more accurate understanding of the people of Ohafia, defend their rights as Nigerian citizens, and work towards ensuring that they receive the opportunities, federal attention and development interventions due to them.
