
I AM COMING TO REPRESENT ALL THE PARTIES IN AROCHUKWU/OHAFIA – IKENNA UKWA TELLS FORMER ELECTED COUNCILORS
The All Progressives Congress, APC House of Representatives Candidate for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, Hon Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa today met with the Forum of Former Elected Councilors, Arochukwu LGA chapter.
Speaking during the interactive meeting, Chief Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa said his aspiration goes beyond party lines.
“I am coming to represent all the parties in Arochukwu/Ohafia LGAs. Once elected, I will be the representative of PDP members, LP members, APGA members, APC members, and even those who do not belong to any party. My mandate will be for the people,” he stated.
He described former councilors as critical grassroots leaders who understand the needs of their communities and urged them to join hands with his campaign to deliver quality representation, attract federal projects, and empower youths and women across the constituency.










He emphasized that his focus is on service delivery, unity, and development, not on party divisions. He called on the former councilors to leverage their experience and grassroots network to help drive his campaign message of across every ward.
Hon. Ikenna Ukwa used the opportunity to reel out some of his accomplishments and interventions in Arochukwu/Ohafia over the years, even while not holding any elected position. He highlighted his investments in youth empowerment, support for women traders, educational assistance, health interventions, and community development projects across the two LGAs.
In his remarks, the Chairman of the Forum, Hon Tony Nwankwo and other speakers commended Chief Ikenna Ukwa for his inclusive approach and politics. They further applauded his track record and described him as a “people-oriented leader” who has consistently identified with the grassroots.
