President’s Visit: UAAP Welcomes President Tinubu, Celebrates Governor Otti’s Legacy of Transformation.
The United Abia Artists and Patriots (UAAP), under the distinguished leadership of our President, Ambassador Osita Offor, “The Ultimate Commander,” joyfully welcomes His Excellency, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on this landmark visit to Abia today, 3rd October, 2025.
Your Excellency, your presence in our beloved state is more than symbolic, it is a reflection of the transformational governance of our Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, whose visionary leadership has ushered in a renaissance across infrastructure, economy, arts, and culture.
As champions of creativity and patriotism, we laud the Governor for placing the arts and culture sector on the frontline of development. His supportive policies have breathed new life into the creative industry, empowering artists, promoting cultural pride, and positioning Abia as a hub for innovation and heritage.
Equally, his infrastructural strides speak volumes. The long-abandoned Port Harcourt Road, Aba and Ohanku Road are now being reborn with new faces that mirror the Governor’s determination to reclaim Aba’s lost glory and revive its economic heartbeat. These milestones are not isolated, they are part of a wider wave of strategic projects that are redefining Abia’s place in the national landscape.
We remain profoundly grateful to Mr. President for the enabling support that has fueled these successes, proving that strong collaboration between federal and state leadership produces tangible transformation.
