Ahead of Distinguished Senator Natasha H Akpoti’s Home Coming tomorrow, APC led state government has banned social gatherings, as means to stop her from holding the scheduled rally.
By banning social gatherings and use of convoy in Kogi, Gov. Ododo has once again proven those of us who don’t support state police, right.
I once again insist that, the worst thing that will happen to today’s Nigeria, is to grant that useless request for these power drunk, dubious individuals.
Imagine a country where all the senators, state governor and his predecessor are fightin one woman.
Why desperately wanting to stop her?
Why flexing all this muscle for a woman?
You guys bypassed both the stipulations of our constitution and judicially precedents to illegally suspend an elected senator for 6 months.
As if that was not enough, you went ahead to initiate dubious recalling proceedings, even to the extent of formulating fake signatures, which is a known criminal offense.
And today, they shamelessly announced the banning of both social gatherings and use of convoy in Kogi.
All these shinanigans for one woman?
The world is actually observing us and in due time, we will definitely get the required attention we’ve been clamouring for.
