Lighting the Way: Governor Otti’s Power Initiative
My dear fellow citizens of Abia State,
Today, I stand before you to address a critical issue that affects us all: the persistent power outages and exorbitant electricity costs that plague our beloved state as well.
We’ve all suffered through the sixth national grid collapse this year, leaving our homes, businesses, and communities in darkness. The socio-economic impact is staggering, and the struggles of our households are real.
But I come to you today with a message of hope. Our dear governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has a vision and is currently working under extreme pressure with all his amiable aides to transform Abia State into Africa’s Singapore. A hub of industry, innovation, and progress.
Yes, we can!
But we must acknowledge the challenges. The governor has personally received reports that Geometric Power’s rates in Aba crippling. I personally know the pain of paying N65,000-66,000 monthly electricity bills in Abuja, as I using estimated billing for my quasi-free school for the poor. Imagine the burden on our people.
Yet, Governor Otti (Otti Wave 🌊) remains committed to his dream. He works tirelessly, 24/7, to ensure steady power supply in every nook and cranny of our state. He been making efforts to replicate the Geometric Power model in other hubs spread across the state.
But he needs our support. There are forces that seek to undermine his efforts, to pull him down. That’s why I call on you, consensual citizens of Abia State, to stand with our governor.
Let us lift him up in prayer, as Esther, Daniel, Joseph, and Paul did in biblical times. Let us be pillars of prayer, supporting Governor Otti’s vision.
Together, we can overcome the forces of opposition. Together, we can make Abia State shine.
Join me in this call to action. Let us rally behind our governor, and together, build a brighter future for our state.
For Abia State! For Governor Otti! For a better tomorrow!
