The Abia State Governor, Dr Alex C. Otti has sacked his Chief Press Secretary, Kazie Uko and replaced him with Ukoha Njoku Ukoha.
In a related development, the Governor has also relieved Mrs Joy Maduka of her appointment as Permanent Secretary, and directs her to proceed on a Compulsory Leave..
Mrs Joy Maduka was promoted to the Permanent Secretary Cadre and appointed as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Environment barely three months ago.
She was also appointed as an acting Head of Service, Abia State,a position she held before her appointment as Permanent Secretary
