Man Remanded For Allegedly Defiling Neighbour’s 2-Year-Old Daughter
An Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court, on Wednesday, remanded a 30- year-old fashion designer, Idris Adams, in Kirikiri Correctional Centre for allegedly defiling his neighbour’s two-year -old daughter.
The Chief Magistrate, Mrs Bola Osunsanmi, refused to take Adam’s plea.
Osunsanmi adjourned the matter until March 28 for legal advice from the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP).
Earlier, the prosecutor, ASP Raji Akeem, told the court that the offence, which contravened Section 261 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015, was committed on February 26
