Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti earlier yesterday honoured the Grand Civic Reception held in his honour by his kinsmen; Isiala Ngwa South LGA to congratulate him for emerging victorious at the 2023 Governorship polls and finally sealed it at the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
They appreciated him for the several ongoing projects scattered around Isiala Ngwa South LGA which includes reconstruction/dualization of Umuikea to Imo Rivers bridge, Umuikea to Omoba, dualization of Obikabia Obingwa to Obikabia Isiala Ngwa amongst several others.
The Governor thanked them for thinking in the direction of honouring him and promised to finish up these ongoing projects within a record time and do many more for them and Ndi Abia in general before the next election.
In attendance are Former Senate Minority Whip, Distinguished. Sen. Darlington Nwokocha and Federal House of Representatives Member for Isiala Ngwa North & South Federal Constituency – Sir Ginger Onwusibe.

The Governor was commended for the numerous ongoing projects spread across Isiala Ngwa South LGA, such as the reconstruction and dualization of the Umuikea to Imo Rivers bridge, Umuikea to Omoba, and the dualization of Obikabia Obingwa to Obikabia Isiala Ngwa, among several others.
He expressed gratitude for the honour and pledged to complete these projects promptly and initiate more developments for the people of Abia.
