It was a mixed atmosphere at Ania ward in Akanu Ohafia, as new members from Pdp and Apc joined the rulling party Lp.
Hon Etiokwe while addressing the ward expressed need for the party to welcome and coexist with the new members of the party, adding that politics is a game of numbers with positive minds.
Hon Innocent Agwu Ugwo, Party Lga Chairman, in participation encouraged the party members to embrace one another, not minding their past participation in the just concluded general election.
The State publicity secretary of Labour party, Jerry Njoku Ajike in attendance and other party chieftains.
Hon. NGWOBIA UKPAI KALU responding on behalf of the three new members(Mr. OKORIE AGBO MBA and Mr. ONUGBE EZEMA ONUGBE) of Labour party maintained that one of the main reasons why he decided to join Labour party is because of the personalities of his very good friend Hon Kalu Mba Nwoke (Etiokwe) and expressed satisfaction and confidence on the Abia Law Maker. We’ll rally round Hon. Etiokwe, we’ll support the party and make sure we maintain it’s positive legacies, Etiokwe is a true politician I know since our days of Councilor ship at Ohafia 4th legislative he add.
