Rivers Crisis: If The Commissioners That Resigned Have Integrity, They Won’t Come Back – Dr. Chisom
The Rivers State Commissioner for Youth Development, Dr. Chisom Gbali, has stated that the Commissioners under the administration of Sim Fubara who refused to resign from the Rivers State government has no issue with accepting those who resigned from the administration back into the government.
Dr. Chisom Gbali made this known during an interview with journalists on Arise Television where he talked on the crisis in Rivers State. During the interview, Dr. Chisom Gbali said, “commissioners who are still working are very happy and just last night, we were gifted with our official vehicles.”
“We (the commissioners) are celebrated like heroes because we are doing what is right and we are not regretting. Even if our colleagues who resigned comes on board tommorow, we are not going to discriminate against them. However, if they truly have integrity, they will know that they are no longer in the same wavelength with us. If they have integrity, they will not want to come back.”
