Alex Otti was a Special Guest as Old Boys of Methodist College Uzuakoli Celebrated the 100 Years Anniversary of tthe Prestigious Methodist College Uzuakoli.
Governor Otti was joined on the occassion by his amiable wife, Mrs. Priscilla Otti and some members of the state executive council .
