Senate President, Akpabio Allegedly Takes N800m From Senate Account For Birthday Celebration, While Senators Donate Over N150m, Demands Donation From MDAS
Earlier yesterday Wednesday 6 of Dec, 2023 a X user identified as Jackson Ude took to his social media handle page as he shared report claims that the Senate President. Senators Akpabio took a huge amount of money from the lawmakers account and was also demands from another body.
Ude tweet that Senate President Godswill Akpabio has raked in almost N150million from Senators donating towards his 61st Birthday Celebration scheduled for December 9, 2023 in Akwa Ibom State.
He stated further that he (Akpabio) demands from also selected Ministries, Departments and Agencies, MDAS, such as NDDC, NPA, NIMASA, NNPC,
