WHY WE ADOPTED THE RIGID-PAVEMENT TECHNOLOGY AT CEMETERY ROAD – OTTI
Governor Otti while deliberating on Road project matters with the Minister of works HE Dave umahi gave a hint on why the rigid-pavement technology was preferrable at cemetery road, Aba.
He said “The very impassable cemetery road leading to cemetery market that has remained there for 20years would soon be completed and interestingly, we are also using the rigid pavement because we saw that the place is naturally swampy,and anything u do there it would wash away over time, then we chose to employ that method and i can assure u that the Job is Fantastic”.
