Tribunal Judgment: Tinubu Will Have Six Or Seven Months Before He Will Be Sacked – Daniel Bwala

It is no longer news that the presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja have commenced hearing of the petitions brought by the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party.

Mr Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar are both challenging the declaration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of February 25th.

Speaking during an exclusive interview with Arise , Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party and Lawyer, Daniel Bwala has expressed confidence that the victory of Asiwaju Tinubu will be upturned by the tribunal.

According to him, the swearing in of Asiwaju Tinubu will hold and it will take six or seven months before the court will deliver judgment that will Sack Tinubu.

Hear him “Tinubu will become the president on May 29 and he will have about six or seven months before he will be sacked and then we will come and take over the power. I am a realist and I am also a Democrat. I don’t believe in ambush, there is nothing constitutionally that suggest as we are moving that Tinubu cannot be sworn in as the president.”
