If Nothing Is Done About Tinubu’s Perjury Before May 29th, He Will Have Immunity – Aondoakaa

Former Attorney General of the Federation and former Minister of Justice, Micheal Aondoakaa has come out to say that if nothing is done about Tinubu’s alleged perjury (related to his alleged dual citizenship) before the 29th of May, he will have immunity upon being sworn in as president and cannot be prosecuted.

According to Aondoakaa who appeared in an interview on Arise TV this morning…

“Mind you, if no action is taken before the 29th of May on Tinubu’s alleged perjury, he will have the immunity as the president and hence, cannot be prosecuted. But then again, perjury is not the ground of the petition because our positions are clear; the grounds of a valid petition are contained in the constitution and the electoral act.”

“Of course the electoral act has not introduced any other grounds except the grounds and requirements of qualification and disqualification contained in the constitution, therefore, perjury is not there in the petition so there’s nothing anyone can do about it.”
