Close Of Nominations, Followed By Recommendations For The Great Igbo Achievers Awards

CLOSE OF NOMINATIONS,followed byRECOMMENDATIONSFOR THE GREAT IGBO ACHIEVERS AWARDS. As previously announced, the Nominations close today, the 15th of November, and the process of Recommendations would automatically be activated. A 7-Man Selections Committee headed by Chief Simon Okeke, former Chairman of the Police Service Commission, will pay visits to affected Igbo communities, and examine online & empirical records to identify and assess the candidates nominated for the Awards and make their recommendations. The Committee’s assignment would be concluded within 30 days, by 15th December, 2024. The recommendations of the Committee shall be forwarded to the 24-Member Alaigbo Elders Council, which…
