Court Orders INEC To Register Citizens Democratic Alliance As Political Party The federal high court in Abuja has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to register Citizens Democratic Alliance (CDA) as a political party in Nigeria. Obiora Egwuatu, the presiding judge, on Tuesday, issued the order in a suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/2787/25, and filed by Tamunotonye Samuel Solomon Inioribo and two others against INEC.
