Chinese man sentenced to death for killing Ummita Buhari A Chinese man identified as Quandong Geng has bagged a death sentence for killing his girlfriend Ummulkusum Sani Buhari also known as Ummita. Justice Sanusi Ado Ma’aji of the Kano state high court delivered the judgement in a landmark ruling on Tuesday.The incident occurred in September 2022 when Geng fatally stabbed Ummita during a heated argument at her residence in Kano.
