Abians are delighted to read that governor Alex Otti will be flagging off the dualization of Umuahia Tower to Onuimo gateway on the 3rd of December, in continuation of his Umuahia urban renewal reconstruction works. Also worthy of note is that the Umuopara ring road will equally be flagged off which when completed is expected to open the Umuopara surburban for integration towards the old Umuahia city.
