US Government Releases Fresh Details On Wigwe’s Helicopter Crash The US National Transportation Safety Board has released a preliminary report on the helicopter crash which killed late Group Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings Plc, Herbert Wigwe, his wife, son and other business associates. The report revelled that law enforcement and eyewitnesses observed the helicopter transporting Wigwe engulfed in flames before it crashed. It added witnesses also reported the weather conditions in the area were ‘not good’ and raining with a snow mix.
