TINUBU'S MINISTERS HAVE SO FAR BEEN ABSENT: Ineffectual?Incompetent?Mis-assigned?Confused? I don't know. All I know is that they have, so far, been absent. And given where Nigeria was when Tinubu took over, we cannot afford to have absentee ministers.We cannot afford absentee ministers because the president cannot micromanage 32 ministries even if he is Superman.
