Court Stops FRSC From Arresting Vehicles Om Account Of Faded Number Plates A Federal High Court, sitting in Lagos State, has restrained the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) from arresting any vehicle with a faded number plate. Justice Akintayo Aluko made the order on Friday while also restricting the FRSC from imposing any fine or punishment on any driver for driving with a faded vehicle number plate.
