Gunmen Kidnap Ohanaeze Youth Council President In Imo Some gunmen have reportedly kidnapped Igboayaka Igboayaka, the president of Ohanaeze Youth Council (OYC), in Imo state. Igboayaka was said to have been kidnapped on Saturday evening at Work Layout, near IMSU junction, Owerri, Imo state capital.
