Reintegrating Repentant Boko Haram Fighters Vital For National Security – Nigerian Govt The National Orientation Agency, NOA, has promised to support Operation Safe Corridor, OSC, a Federal Government initiative focused on deradicalising, rehabilitating and reintegrating repentant insurgents.
