IKENNA UKWA GRADUATES FROM SCHOOL OF POLITICS, POLICY AND GOVERNANCE (SPPG)
The APC candidate for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, Hon. Hon Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa, was among the 2026 graduands of the prestigious School of Politics, Policy, and Governance (SPPG).
SPPG is an institution established by former Minister of Education and renowned advocate of good governance, Dr. Oby Ezekwesilj, to prepare a new generation of political leaders across Africa with character, competence and capacity to deliver transformational leadership.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Dr. Oby Ezekwesili disclosed that the institution has graduated more than 1,000 students across Nigeria, Senegal and Kenya since its establishment in 2021.
The intensive programme equips emerging leaders with cutting-edge knowledge in public leadership, policy design, governance, democracy, and ethical leadership.
Chief Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa, who distinguished himself during the course of study, said his decision to enrol in SPPG was borne out of his desire to be equipped for purposeful and people-oriented leadership.
According to him, “Arochukwu/Ohafia needs visionary and competent leadership. SPPG has prepared me to lead differently with character, competence and capacity. I will deploy this knowledge to transform our Federal Constituency when elected in 2027.”
He thanked Dr. Oby Ezekwesili and the faculty of SPPG for the rare opportunity and pledged to uphold the values of good governance and servant-leadership.
