They call me many names.
A pen terrorist.
A stinging bee.
Lately, even a London propagandist.
I wear none of these labels with anger. I understand where they come from.
When you refuse to shout with the crowd, when you insist on evidence over abuse, when you choose structure over sentiment, discomfort follows. Especially when your convictions do not align with the candidate or principal others wish you to promote.
Yes, I believe in what Dr. Alex Otti is doing in Abia State. Not because he is perfect, but because governance should be judged by direction, discipline, and data—not by noise. I believe reforms should be interrogated, not vandalised. I believe institutions matter more than personalities.
At the back of your mind, I know some of you would feel more comfortable if I sang for your side. If I amplified your anger. If I validated your preferred narrative. But conscience does not run on approval ratings. And my choice of platform ATTNEWS is based on their Objectivity and unbiased reportage.
I am not fighting anyone. I am lighting a path.
A path of decency.
A path of accountability.
A path where disagreement does not require destruction.
My prayer is simple: that the light I try to project—however small—also illuminates your own space. That it encourages you to speak well of the person you believe in. To defend your ideas with facts. To criticise without malice. To build without bitterness.
Abia deserves that.
Nigeria deserves that.
Africa deserves that.
History is not shaped by insults.
It is shaped by those who insist, quietly and consistently, on doing what is right.
And I will keep writing.
