HEARTY CONGRATULATIONS TO SENATE PRESIDENT AND DEPUTY SPEAKER ON THEIR CONFERMENT OF NATIONAL HONOURS BY PRESIDENT TINUBU

I join millions of Nigerians in extending my hearty congratulations to His Excellency, DISTINGUISHED SENATOR Godswill Obot Akpabio, the Senate President of Nigeria and Rep. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, the Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives on their conferment of GRAND COMMANDER OF THE ORDER OF NIGER, GCON and COMMANDER OF THE ORDER OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC, CFR, respectively, by His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The conferment of the prestigious National Honours to the National leaders and astute Federal legislators is in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the nation, exemplary leadership, and unwavering dedication to public service.

To my Principal and the Senate President of Nigeria, Senator Akpabio, this esteemed honour is a recognition of his tireless efforts in promoting national development, and championing the welfare of Nigerians. His leadership and vision have earned him widespread acclaim, and this conferment is a fitting tribute to his remarkable achievements.

And to the member representing Bende Federal Constituency and Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, his legacy which has been marked by significant contributions to the House of Representatives, bipartisan collaboration, and commitment to excellence and to the nation’s progress has earned him the befitting National honour and recognition.
