J. Martins as he is popularly known in the music industry is an Abian and a proud son of Ohafia Udumeze ancient kingdom has contributed immensely in the entertainment industry in Abia State and Nigeria at large.
Dr. J. Martins, a founding member of UAAP is currently the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to Gov. Alex C. Otti OFR on Entertainment and Tourism as he is helping to drive the vision of the Governor in the entertainment and tourism industries.
