No Automatic Ticket in Abia North – Time for Fairness and Equity in APC

Among the five Local Government Areas (LGAs) that make up Abia North Senatorial District—Isuikwuato, Umunneochi, Arochukwu, Bende, and Ohafia—each has had its fair share of representation over time:
- Isuikwuato has taken its turn.
- Umunneochi has taken its turn.
- Arochukwu has taken its turn.
- Bende is currently occupying the Senate seat and has done so for two consecutive terms.
It is only just and equitable that the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) does the needful by providing a level playing field for all aspirants in the race for the Abia North Senatorial seat ahead of 2027. No one should claim an automatic ticket—fairness must prevail.
Ohafia stands out as a key stakeholder in this district:
- It is the largest LGA in Abia State after Aba and Umuahia.
- It serves as the headquarters of Abia North Senatorial District.
- It consistently produces the highest number of votes in the zone and remains ready to deliver even more massively in 2027.
Abia North 2027 is non-negotiable for Ohafia people. We have identified and rallied behind a capable, prepared leader who can take us to the promised land.
