ABIA NORTH EASTER RETREAT ORGANIZED BY ABIA NORTH CONSULTATIVE ASSEMBLY, ANCA IS JUST FEW DAYS AWAY.
North Consultative Assembly, ANCA is only counting days to its Easter Retreat coming up on the 21st of April, 2025. Close to 150 Abia North stakeholders from across the 5 LGAs of Arochukwu, Ohafia, Bende, Isiukwuato and Umunneochi comprising of politicians, businessmen, captains of industry, technocrats, entrepreneurs, academia, traditional leaders, media moguls, etcetera have been invited as delegates to meet in Ohafia under the aegis of Abia North Consultative Assembly.
The members of the organizing committee of the retreat are working round the clock to make the outing memorable for the attendees. Mobilization for the meeting are ongoing in electronic, print and social media to ensure a good attendance to the meeting.
ANCA broke its rank into 5 local organizing committees to reflect the 5 local government areas under its coverage with each local government superintended by coordinators.
ANCA is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that delegates to the retreat enjoy every moment of it by inviting professors as guest lecturers to speak on topical issues. The retreat is evoking reactions and great interest among Abia North leaders who are now contacting the organizers in their numbers indicating interest to attend the program.
Many serving and former political leaders from the zone believes the retreat for the stakeholders from the zone has come at the right time given the myriad of problems confronting the zone today.
They have been full of praises for the initiative by ANCA that they believe should work towards economic and political integration of the 5 local governments at the northern cape of Abia State.
Ohafia will be agog by Monday as most of the visitors to the ancient city will be having the opportunity to enjoy the newly reconstructed Umuahia to Ohafia road that was just few days ago commissioned by the New Abia government. Abia North Easter Retreat, here we come.
