A medical expert has told Nigerian men to be more sexually active in bed to prevent prostate cancer.
In a video making rounds online, the expert warned that not having enough sex, which is a form of exercise for prostrate gland will lead to prostate cancer.
He advised me to have sex at least 21 times in a month.
He also said if housewife could not meet up to the demand, a man can use other option of sidechick to fulfilled the obligation.
Also, according to researchers at Harvard University, men should ejaculate at least 21 times a month in order to mitigate their prostate cancer risk.
The study, which was published in the journal European Urology, asked 31,925 men to provide their average monthly ejaculation frequencies. Results showed that men who ejaculated more frequently also slashed their chances of developing prostate cancer by a third.
‘We evaluated whether ejaculation frequency throughout adulthood is related to prostate cancer risk in a large US-based study,’ wrote the study’s authors.
‘We found that men reporting higher compared to the lower ejaculatory frequency in adulthood were less likely to be subsequently diagnosed with prostate cancer.
‘These findings provide additional evidence of a beneficial role of more frequent ejaculation throughout adult life in the aetiology of PC [prostate cancer], particularly for low-risk disease.’
