Gov Otti and his wife were accompanied to the birthday service by some senior officials of the Abia State Government and the State Assembly.
They include the Secretary to the State Government, Prof Kenneth Kalu; Acting Head of Service, Joy Maduka; Chief of Staff to the Governor, Dr. Caleb Ajagba; Commissioner for Health, Dr. Ngozi Okoronkwo.
The Deputy Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Austin Okezie Meregini, was also in attendance.
