It Is Dangerous For President, Vice President, Senate President, And Speaker To Be Muslims – Umahi
Dave Umahi, a former governor of Ebonyi State, has said that the All Progressives Congress is behind the rise of a Christian from the South in order to foster national harmony and parity.
Dave Umahi thinks it would be disastrous to elect a Muslim to the presidency, vice presidency, senate, or house of representatives. Dave Umahi emphasised the importance of having a Christian serve as Senate President.
But Dave Umahi said it’s a shame that Nigeria is still discussing religion, adding that the country can’t escape public opinion.
According to Dave Umahi, it is sad that some members of the PDP who previously opposed the concept of an APC Muslim-Muslim ticket are now in favour of having a Muslim serve as Senate President.
