Yesterday the 27th day of July, 2022, members of Abia Infrastructure Mandate paid a historic visit to Distinguished Senator Mao Arukwe Ohuabunwa (Senatorial Candidate of PDP) at his Umuahia residence to interact with him on his road map for infrastructural change in Abia State in the context of his renewed bid to return to the Senate in 2023.
Recall that AIM had earlier discussed their plans to take their infrastructure advocacy to all emerging candidates in the Frontline of imparting infrastructural development to our State.
The group said the era of closing their eyes and watch Political harakiris and misfits take over Political positions in Abia is gone for good and will therefore screen candidates thoroughly before giving them their support. Legislation is a serious business and must be left in the hands of those who understands it they stated.
Led by Engr. Chief Odo Ijere, other dignitaries that graced the occasion are Comrade Ibeabuchi Empire Kanu, Professor Amanze Akpuda, Chief Agu Ojukwu, His Honour, Chief Eze Eke, Architect Dr. Lucas Eme Onu, Engr Chief Odo Ijere, Engr Chief Damian Agubata, Dr Uduma Nnate, Engr Ogbonnaya Emeka Uma and Chief Gabriel Igboko.
