The foremost contender for the Governorship position in Enugu State on the platform of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Dr Jeff Nnamani has reminded Enugu citizens of the significance of hope through ressurrcriion of Jesus Christ, insisting that only sacrifice, belief and hope can bring total salvation that mankind is yearning for, albeit, Enugu as a people of God, the pride of Igbo Race.
In his words contained in the Easter goodwill message, he posited thus:
“Ndi Enugu, The Message of Easter is that of hope, Sacrifice and the eternal salvation of Mankind to christians all over the world. This message is strong in our mind and this is why the Easter celebration is significant in our lives.
“Today, as we celebrate this day, i urge you all to think about the message and rededicate yourselves to peaceful co-existence, love for our state and commitment to your families.
I”ndeed, we have been through a lot as a state, but the message of hope is clear and as a state, it is important we hold on to our faith and believe that Ndi Enugu will be great.
