Yesterday, 13/08/2024 the Commissioner of Police, CP Kenechukwu Owuemelie, psc, fwc, MNIM, fdc, held a meeting with Area Commanders, Divisional Police Officers, Tactical Commanders, and other strategic officers of the command. During the meeting, the Commissioner of Police appreciated the efforts of officers in combating crime in the state and encouraged them to maintain and improve their efforts in curbing crime and criminality in their respective areas of Responsibility. Recent crime trends in the state were analyzed as strategies and solutions were proffered.
