The Dr Alex Otti administration in the State will remain committed to delivering on the promises that won it the enduring support of our people. We can already see that in the unprecedented investments in, and restoration of public infrastructure, regular payment of the emoluments of workers and retirees, improved urban sanitation and security of lives and property, especially in communities that were hitherto overran by terrorists.
