Abia Hosts South East Council of Traditional Rulers Meeting.
The Agbogidi himself, His Royal Majesty, Igwe Alfred Nnaemeka Achebe arrives for the meeting of the South East Council of Traditional Rulers holding at the newly completed Magnificent JAAC Building in Umuahia.
The JACC building which was abandoned for over 9 years before the emergence of Governor Alex Otti was quickly completed and properly furnished by the Otti led-government.The place is a beauty to behold.
Already, the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs led by Prince Uzor Nwachukwu has been moved to the JAAC Building a few days.
Trust Governor Alex Otti to be a fantastic host today.
