Tears of Joy As Ikenna Ukwa Empowers Widows, Disabled and Youth of Arochukwu And Ohafia LGA
It was gathering of senior political giants in ABIA State and specifically Ohafia and Arochukwu LGAs as Ikenna Ukwa Empowered over One thousand Ohafia And Arochukwu youths on Sunday 7th December, 2025.
The empowerment which cut across political divides included Motorcycles, Sewing machines, Hair driers, Barbering machines, Wheel chairs, Grinding Machines, Bags of rice and Cheques for business takeoffs was given to deserving Widows, youths and the physically challenged from the different wards of Ohafia and Arochukwu LGAs.
The event was well attended by ABIA State APC top executives led by Dr. Kingsley Ononogbu, the State Chairman including members of the State board of trustees. Members of other political parties, Udumaeze Ohafia and council, Representatives of Churches, Social Clubs, and the civil society were also present to witness the great event.
Dr. Kingsley Ononogbu in his speech said Ikenna’s love and care for his people is unparalleled considering the fact that he is not holding any public office and doing more than those in public offices. Saying that his “LET THERE BE LIGHT PROJECT” is visible everywhere in Ohafia and Arochukwu and other projects he attracted to put smiles on our people. He concluded by saying Ikenna Ukwa is a blessing to the party, Abians and humanity.
Hon. Chief Ikenna Ukwa in his own speech said, what he has done is just the beginning of the greater things to come. He promised to make his agenda for the betterment of his people known in due course.
The Chairman of the planning committee Hon. Chief MBA Ukaha commended and appreciated all for making the event memorable. He also commended Celebrity MC Nas for adding the needed glamour to the event.
