IKWU UMUOLUGU OHAFIA MOURNS OUR PATRIARCH, REV DR UMA UKPAI
The Umuolugu Maternal Kindred of Ohafia mourns, with a deep sense of irreparable loss, yet with grateful heart to God, the passing on to eternal glory of our Patriarch, Rev Dr Uma Ukpai on 6th October, 2025 at a blessed age of 80 years.
We take solace on the fact that at his glorious transition, he had fought a good fight, finished his course and kept the faith. For over six decades he traversed the world with the Gospel in fiery evangelism, demonstrating the power of God to save, heal and prophetic miracles transforming lives and destinies.
Patriarch Uma Ukpai was not only God’s General, a Spiritual Icon, a renowned International Telecast Evangelist but also the Father of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) and a Father in the Faith. He was a great Philanthropist and a Strong Voice for Ohafia.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to his immediate family, Uma Ukpai Evangelistic Association, Ohafia, Abia State, Nigeria, the Global Christian Community and Greater Ohafia For Christ, who have lost a great Hero of faith to Heaven’s gain.
May WE All be comforted by the Holy Spirit with the fortitude to bear this great loss.
