ONWA OHAFIA SOCIAL CLUB MOURN THE DEMISE OF GOD’S OWN GENERAL REV. DR. UMA UKPAI
Onwa Ohafia Social Club, express profound sorrow over the death of our Brother, Father, Mentor, Spiritual Father and guardian, Reverend Dr. Uma Ukpai. The entire BOT, Executive and Members mourn the loss of a spiritual icon fondly referred to as “God’s General.”
Reverend Dr. Uma Ukpai, was a beacon of hope and faith for millions in Ohafia, Abia, Nigeria and beyond. For over six decades, he devoted his life to evangelistic missions, inspirational teachings, and extensive charitable work that touched countless lives in Ohafia and beyond especially in Medicals and Education. He was widely recognized not only for his dynamic preaching and healing ministry but also for his compassion, humility, and unwavering commitment to uplifting the underprivileged.
Ohafia has lost an Iroko, a spiritual icon whose calm voice and acts of kindness provided comfort to many during difficult times. We will miss his legacy of faith, leadership, and selfless service which continued to inspire future generations of believers and leaders.
Onwa Ohafia Social Club will be fully part of celebrating the life and achievements of Rev. Dr. Uma Ukpai, whose tireless efforts fostered unity, hope, and spiritual growth across Ohafia communities and beyond.
The association also has offered prayers for comfort and strength for Dr. Ukpai’s wife, immediate/extended family, and all who mourn his loss.
